Treble Cone

This is "The" advanced area in NZ. It's like a Mt. Bachelor on steroids. You name it it has it. The annual NZ extreme skiing championships are held here each year.

Cardrona (between Queenstown and Wanaka):

This is "The" intermediate area to try. Great intermediate terrain and good service.

Coronet Peak (Queenstown):

Very easy to get to from Queenstown. Excellent mix of terrain.

The Remakables (Queenstown):

A great small area with a family feel. It has fantastic access to lots of Randonee skiing (faces, chutes, cliff drops, etc.).
